1. Acceptance
By accessing wrqgifting.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Products & pricing
All products, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Corporate orders start at 25 units. Custom branding, colours, and packaging are subject to feasibility and lead time.
3. Orders & payment
Quotes are valid for 14 days. Confirmed orders require an advance payment as agreed on the quote. Production begins after payment confirmation.
4. Delivery
We deliver pan-India via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on quantity, customisation, and destination. Risk transfers to the recipient on delivery.
5. Returns
Because gifting is personalised and perishable, we do not accept returns. If a hamper arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace the affected items.
6. Intellectual property
All content, designs, photographs, and the Experience Studio platform are the property of Impressa Food Ventures Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce without written permission.
7. AI-generated content
The AI gifting report and personalised experiences are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all recipient-facing content before it is sent.
8. Liability
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the value paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
